 School Dinners

They are set meals, and details of the menu are printed termly and sent home to parents. Meals cost £2.20 per day, payable weekly on the first school day of each week. (credit is allowed when a child is absent) Please send the money in a sealed, named envelope with details of the amount enclosed on the first day of the school week. If preferred, children may bring a packed lunch. Please do not include chocolate bars or fizzy drinks. Application forms for free school dinners are available from the school secretary.

 Milk

Milk is available mid-morning daily at a subsidised rate of 20p per carton (one-third pint) This should be ordered for a complete half-term and paid for on the first school day of each week. If part-way through that period the child no longer wants milk, then the carton may be collected at the end of each day for the rest of the half-term. Milk may also be collected during absence. However, in the event of a planned absence, the milk can be cancelled provided notice is given.

   Free Fruit

Every Foundation Stage and KS1 child is entitled to a piece of fresh fruit each day. This is provided by the government, and is delivered to school every other day to ensure freshness and ripeness. Key Stage 2 pupils are not entitled to free fruit but we encourage them to bring in a piece of fruit from home for morning break.
